FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!
This program will meet online with a live class each week with a certified FIT4MOM prenatal instructor & wellness coach, Samantha Kellgren. Additionally, you will have access to 4 pre-recorded workouts to do at your own time and leisure. Even the live class each week will be recorded and available to you once the class has finished. Our session starts June 3rd, so make sure to register now to reserve your spot.
This 4-week course will also include a Strategy Session, which is a private 30-minute session with Samantha. Everyone will be included in a private online accountability group with additional resources, information, and videos.
