5-Minute Total Body Conditioning Workout

We are excited about the new May schedule for our virtual classes. Our Friday class is Total Body Conditioning class with Jessica Meinch. If you haven't tried this rockstar's class yet, be prepared to have a sweaty, good time. And, this mama's got jokes! Want to know more about her? Looking for a workout to hit your entire body? This is it! You will need a band or weights so you can target your entire body during this 45-minute class at 9:30 on Fridays. Can't make it at 9:30? That's ok! All of our classes and kids' activities are recorded and shared with our membership mamas.

"Not about perky breasts, but that’s ok 😊. One year ago, when I joined Fit4mom, I was looking for a community. As a homeschooling mom, it was important to find somewhere I could bring my children along, connect with other mamas, and get a good workout as I started my journey into self-care.

The instructors are all moms and the workouts were designed for my postpartum body. For the first time in my life, I have been consistent in my exercise. I have not gained a flat tummy or lost a bunch of weight. What I gained was confidence. Not only in my body but in my choices as a mother.

It’s not just a workout. It’s movement for your body and spirit. Fit4mom is a support system. A place where you can come with no judgment about how you look, what you’re wearing, how many squats you can do, how many kids you have, where you live or what you eat.

Jessica is one of the most patient, knowledgeable, and welcoming women we have ever encountered. Don't know Jessica? That's ok, we bet you know someone who does. She is far more connected than Kevin Bacon...

When Jessica is not rocking her lower body exercises (guys, her legs are strong!), she's a mama of 4 incredible children. In fact, her two eldest daughters are my "playground captains" whenever they come to class, and we are beyond appreciative of their presence. And their amazing artistic gifts.

Jessica is your mama for all things Asheville, including almost all of the women who live here, fizz sticks, free workouts, spa parties, and coffee shops. And we are so proud of her for her new love of reading self-betterment books and dedication to her own health by attending numerous classes per week.
