Samantha is a prenatal wellness coach who is leading our new FIT4BABY 8-Week Session, which starts tonight.
Sam is a wealth of knowledge, an experienced fitness fan, and will quickly welcome you to our tribe of FIT4MOM Asheville mamas. She recently moved to Asheville from Chicago with her son, dog, and husband. Prior to the birth of her son, she was an avid long distance runner; her current favorite movement habit is yoga, which she makes time to do everyday. Samantha also owns SimplyWell Coaching & wrote this awesome blog for us: 5 Reasons to Exercise During Pregnancy.
